New development Stonybrook offers last chance for buyers in Melbourne’s north-west

Stage One of the new Stonybrook residential development at Hillside has officially launched this week with the opening of three display homes and represents the last opportunity to secure a new house and land package on the popular north side of the Melton Highway for the next 10 years.

According to Development Director Carmine Fusco, Stonybrook represents exceptional value and a prime medium to long-term investment because of its position in one of Melbourne’s fastest growing areas only 24km from the CBD.

“This is a very sought after zone and, as a result, the opportunities to secure land here are fast disappearing.

“This is the last piece of Hillside’s premium pocket and with the natural asset of Stony Hill Creek running through the heart of it and years of planning and establishing our vision, we have created a very impressive outcome.”

Stage One consists of 31 allotments, of which 17 have either been completed or are under construction, and 50% have already sold.

All the homes are designed by award winning dKO Architecture. Stonybrook has three homes on display, which includes a three-storey, four-bedroom home and two double-storey homes of three and four bedrooms.

Stonybrook has been meticulously designed in harmony with the natural surrounds with an unusually significant level of on-site investment prior to its first residential release. Established gardens combine with paths, a running track and 6-star wetlands create an impressive, benchmark-setting landscape.

Stony Hill Creek, one of Melbourne’s most significant waterways, was also reconfigured and enhanced to create a scenic lake in the heart of the development.

Stonybrook is close to Watergardens Town Centre, arterial roads, golf courses, wineries, national parks, schools and all the other essential community services.
